Andrew Stadelberger began his career at the global agency Havas, where he contributed to the creation of culturally iconic work, including the Dos Equis "Most Interesting Man in the World." Building on this experience, Andrew became President of The Music Playground, where he managed a roster of 500 artists and connected brands with custom compositions and licensing
opportunities. His leadership helped drive multimillion-dollar partnerships and earned Clio and Telly Awards for collaborations with Toyota and MTV. Andrew later led animation studios 321Launch and Charlex, overseeing creative production for top-tier clients like Anheuser Busch and Stella Artois and pioneering innovative storytelling techniques, including virtual reality. In 2017, he co-founded theMIC, a performing arts series at NYC’s Bitter End, featuring over 400 artists, including Billy Strings and Gloria Gaynor, while partnering with Save The Music to support emerging talent. Now, as the founder of Player/Coach, an ad consultancy based in Asbury Park, NJ, Andrew represents a mix of Jersey Shore businesses, startups, and national brands. By combining global experience with a passion for local business, he helps clients tell compelling stories and achieve meaningful growth.
