Elena Lanza

With a 20+ year career spanning, both, indie (AIM Strategies, Astralwerks) & major (Columbia, Capitol) Promotion companies & labels; Elena has been able to establish herself as a force within the world of Radio/Record Promotion & Operations & Label & Artist Development.

Graduating with a degree in, both, Audio Recording and Music Business from William Paterson University, in the early 2000s, Elena started her professional career right at the height of the industry transition to the digital era. 

In her current “Dream” role at Vydia, Elena is responsible for finding, cultivating and nurturing new or unsigned talent, helping artists with the business side of things so that they can focus on what they do best.

When she’s not liaising with labels & artists , you’ll find Elena running around Central NJ with her kids, experimenting with cooking & tasting (drinking) wine.

- She has 3 kids and LOVES being a sports mom in her spare time.
