Kimberly developed a passion for television at a very young age. Although it is not an easy industry to break into, she grew a thick skin and worked hard. Over her decade spent in the television and entertainment industry, Kimberly won two New York Emmys for her excellence in storytelling and production.
The reason for the award was because she led her team in a town hall on the opioid crisis that is heavily impacting our nation. It was a challenging and emotional event to hold live for 500+ people, but Kimberly and her team were committed to making a difference. Since then, she has helped other colleagues and youngsters who are breaking out into the field. You can now find Kimberly working for News12.
Earlier last year, Kimberly started a consultant business for journalists who are first starting out. In her spare time, she also loves to volunteer time for organizations such as the 9/11 Empty Sky Foundation, the fight against ALS and the Girl Scouts.
