Susie Peltz is a soprano singer who has been well versed in classical Broadway musical theater, particularly jazz inspired, as well as operettas. Susie appeared in many community theater productions throughout Monmouth County N.J. beginning at a very young age. Her favorite roles include Mabel in Pirates of Penzance, Witch in Into the Woods, and Philia in A Funny Thing Happened On the Way to the Forum. One of her most memorable and cherished experiences was when she played the role of Maria in West Side Story at the F.M Kirby Center for the Performing Arts in Pennsylvania. Susie achieved honors such as a Papermill Playhouse Rising Star nominations for her role as Maggie in A Chorus Line, and Mabel in Pirates of Penzance. She has been invited to sing the National Anthem at many sporting events, including professional hockey and arena football games at the Cure Insurance Arena in Trenton, N.J.
Susie received her Bachelors in Elementary Education and Masters degree in Special Education from Montclair State University, and spent a decade as a Special Education teacher. During her time teaching, she ran a drama club program and directed student productions in Edison, N.J. Susie has now stepped back into the spotlight with a reinvigorated perspective, and is loving every second of it. Susie is now a highlighted vocalist for Evalvejazz, and has had the honor of being a vocalist for wedding ceremonies. Her intention is to share the love and happiness she feels from singing and resonate that to her audience.
When Susie isn't singing, she is spending her time with her two beautiful rockstar daughters, and loving husband, Dan.
